I am so happy and so grateful that I chose Dreamcatcher Finance to help me with my car loan. I'm a single mum with two casual jobs, so after being declined by two other reputed finance brokers I was feeling defeated. Joel at DF was so friendly and helpful - for someone like me who has bad phone anxiety and has never applied for a loan or bought a car, he made the whole process so easy for me and I was very comfortable working with him. The application was so simple and easy after just one phone call with Joel and I had an approval within 24 hours, compared to the other two companies where it took DAYS just to get through the application process and another few days for a response. The communication was fantastic, Joel was always very quick to respond through email, I never had to wait more than 30 minutes - even on the weekend! He even helped by suggesting cars when I told him what I was looking for. Once I found my car he went to work and within two days the whole thing was settled. I was almost sad it was over! Joel was just so wonderful to work with - friendly, knowledgeable and what I loved most is that he wasn't pushy like a lot of other finance brokers were. I just can't say enough about how great Joel and the DF team are and I HIGHLY recommend them!
